Custodial Services is designed to develop career awareness, practical skills and experience in various building maintenance responsibilities.

Students are guided through hands-on activities designed to simulate "real"
on-the-job chores related to the maintenance of office spaces and classrooms.

Students participating will develop the following entry-level skills with a focus on work behaviors, attitudes and safety:

Proper handing and use of equipment
Sweeping
Mopping
Vacuuming
Trash removal
Recycling
Cafeteria set-up & Maintenance
Supply Ordering
Maintaining and Delivering Office Supplies
Basic Building Maintenance and Repairs
(under the direction of an instructor)
