Transportation arrangements for your child are coordinated by Cape May County Special Services.

Please watch your local news stations or go online for news station websites for snow closing or delayed opening announcements.

If a sending district is closed or if students are transported by a host district that is closed, students from that district will not be transported even if the receiving school is open. Parents may elect to provide transportation themselves if so desired. For example, if a child lives in Wildwood and attends CMCSSSD, CM Tech or another school other than Wildwood City Schools and Wildwood Schools close, transportation will not be available for your child.

If the sending district declares a delayed opening, the contractors or host districts will be arriving at the receiving school late based on the delayed time of the sending district. If a host district has a delayed opening, the students from joining districts will also be taken to the receiving school late based on the delayed time, even if the joining district does not have the same delay.
