Parent Portal Access

Cape May County Special Services is pleased to provide the Realtime Parent Portal beginning September 2018. The Portal connects parents/guardians to students’ data online, anytime, from anywhere there is Internet access. Once the Portal is accessed by a secure username and password, information about only your child’s progress can be viewed.

Making this information-rich connection with parents is a clear way to improve communication between teachers, parents and students. Access to the Parent Portal can be gained from home, work, public library, or anywhere an Internet connection can be established. The Parent Portal is a free service to our district families, and an excellent resource for you to monitor your child’s progress.

You will soon be receiving a Welcome Back packet that will include a Realtime Parent Portal Information Sheet that will include a username and a PIN number that you will use to login to the website for the first time. When you login with this information, you will be asked to create a new username and a new password. You will also be asked to complete a security question. Once you have logged into the system successfully, we encourage you to update your email address and phone number by clicking the View/Update Contacts link on the bottom of this screen.

If you have more than one student attending our schools, you will be able to link your students’ accounts together.
